The firm is headed by Peter Ogagaoghene Ekavwo, Esq. Called to the Nigerian Bar a decade ago, Peter is a cerebral lawyer who practices law with diligence, with the best interest of the client within the bounds of law and manages the resources of
the firm, to achieve its objective of quality service to the Client.
Peter holds a second class upper division of Law and a Master’s degree of law from the University of Benin, Nigeria and was called to the bar as a barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria upon successful completion of the qualifying training at the Nigerian Law School. He also holds the Professional Certificate in Organizational legal structure and Corporate Law of the Metropolitan School of Business and Management (UK); Certificate, the Right to privacy in the digital age in Africa, awarded by the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
Before assuming the headship of the firm, Peter worked with some of the best firm in Nigeria, including two (2) Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs), where he garnered distinguished experience, appearing and prosecuting cases on behalf of
corporate (local and international) clients and individual clients in all the superior courts of the lands, Peter is assisted with an array of lawyers who are well trained and experts in diverse areas of law, on the basis of which and working as a team, the client is well served. The legal team is assisted by paralegal and non-legal staff, who are committed to the ideals of the firm which is: quality and cost-efficient service delivery.

Anthony is a top-notch lawyer and a guru in Labour/Employment Law, having practised over a decade in the National Industrial Court, where he has made his mark. He has been a delegate to the International Labour Organization, where he represented Nigeria to review some of the ILO Conventions and treatise
As the most senior in the firm, he provides guidance, strategy and implementation mechanism, geared towards providing efficient and cost-effective services to our esteemed client. He has represented both local and foreign clients, as well various Labour Unions in all the courts including the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Managing Partner
Fred Adino is a calm, cool and committed personality, who had combined these qualities in managing the affairs of the firm. He heads the Corporate Law Practice of the firm. He is very well abreast with pre-incorporation and post incorporation filings with the Corporate Affairs Commission and other regulatory agencies in Nigeria. He has supported and assisted various foreign companies set up smoothly in Nigeria through incorporation, Corporate structuring and regulatory compliance.
